My favorite hobby is audio engineering. I am fascinated by sound, how it travels, and most especially, how to capture it most accurately. Once a sound is captured, it is up to the electronics to reproduce it the way the listener wants to hear it. A good engineer balances the audio result by listening to it through the widest range of speakers possible. You can imagine the fun you could have listening to your favorite sound through so many types of speakers. There is a lot of mess to clean up, but once it is, it is to the pure delight on the listener and audio creator alike.
Customer management is like that for me. It is too difficult to express the tone of the customer through one medium. It is fantastic to have feedback from the salespeople. But it is much richer to integrate with marketing and customer service people as well. Marketers work hard at getting good leads that will drive sales people to produce more sales that customer service professionals will make happy to find ways to get them to repurchase or tell their friends that are all in the pool of leads the marketers are trying to reach and well… you see my point. I am an expert organizer and love getting to know people through marketers, sales, and customer service experiences. It’s what I’ve studied, it’s what I’m fascinated with, and it’s what I can help you with, joyfully!

I worked 15 years for The Maids serving Austin, a locally owned franchise of The Maids International. During that time we opened a second location in San Antonio and started an additional service unit. 10 years in sales turned into general management with partial ownership.
