Though I have over 20 years professional experience, Salesforce is a skill I am currently learning. Business question: How can see all my professional contacts with notes to remember them and pull them up by the group where I know them?
DESKTOP AND MOBILE LOOK OF MY CONTACTS
This may be hard to read. The red arrows display the custom fields I added. Now, when I go to a group, I can pull out my phone, see how we met, a unique thing I learned about the contact and how I could potentially help them. All of these things help me remember who I meet, and keep them top of mind as I consider who I can help and how!
